Does the Confederacy, The United States of America no longer exist?

Where and to whom do the territorial laws of United States apply? This is discussed here.

Not according to the following from the Constitution of State of California:

Article III, Section 1. “The State of California is an inseparable part of the United States of America, and the United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land.” (Emphasis added)
Look familiar? From the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, A.D. 1787

Art. 4. “The said territory, and the States which may be formed therein, shall forever remain a part of this Confederacy of the United States of America, subject to the Articles of Confederation, and to such alterations therein as shall be constitutionally made; and to all the acts and ordinances of the United States in Congress assembled, conformable thereto.” (Emphasis added)
1 Corinthians 1:18 "For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."
