Re: traffic ticket

Thanks! I think I was mistaken in my letter to the Bureau. I now think the other party left "liable for damages" was not Town of Windsor but State of Connecticut. Although the guy works for Town of Windsor as a cop, it was instead State of Connecticut, in the guise of a state attorney, looking to be...

Re: "State"

Territorial U.S. & State Statute/Code definitions for : *State* Results don't include all States. Not necessarily exhaustive within a State. Confusing definitions, e.g., "'State' means State of XYZ", are not included. "Statute/Code" here means the Statutes/Codes derived (by Congress' OLRC and its St...

Re: Extraterritorial Jurisdiction

I was given an estate, not a name. All I need is use of the goods/services conveyed via that name.
They can have the responsibilities and profit that go along with the name, which is what I think they want anyway.

Agreed re their lack of ExTJ as far as the Organic Laws are concerned.

Debt collector success - post judgment!

The plaintiff obtained judgment against our hero, who then showed them the "Big Picture" (territorial jurisdiction reality). The plaintiff then voluntarily dismissed the matter.

I think it takes a lot for a successful plaintiff to say "thanks for the judgment, but you can take it back."
